About Jeffrey S. Goldstein, Esq.

After practicing law for 20+ years in the “corporate arena,” specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law, in 1998 Mr. Goldstein chose to embark upon an entirely new legal career -- the field of elder law.

Today, he is a solo practitioner located in Ossining, NY. His practice remains dedicated to elder law -- with particular emphasis in the areas of Medicaid, advance directives, powers of attorney, wills, trusts & estates, and probate.

Mr. Goldstein has appeared as a presenter for the Pace University Law School Continuing Legal Education Program by introducing the field of Medicaid-related law to other attorneys unfamiliar with this area of practice.  He has also been a presenter for Continuing Legal Education programs on Elder Law offered by the New York State and Westchester Women's Bar Associations as well as spoken on these topics independently to local organizations and community groups.

Mr. Goldstein is:

  1. A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and Washington University (St. Louis);
  2. A member of NAELA -- the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys;
  3. A member of the Elder Law and the Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association; and
  4. A member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and former co-chair of its Committee on Elder and Health Law.

Mr. Goldstein is honored to have been selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyer -- 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
